I am a big Adsense fanatic, especially since I make a huge part of my monthly income from it, so when I stumbled over this site, I was REALLY interested!
But…
I have seen a lot of scams on the web, so I am always approaching a new offer with a lot of scepticism…especially when I see a word like “top” in the name…
But I contacted the owner to ask him a little about his site, and I was very pleased with his quick, to-the-point replies.
So, what is this site about? Ok, this site is for people trying to make a living out of Adsense, or at least trying to increase their revenues from Adsense.
What is Adsense? If you have been doing web marketing for a while, I am sure you already know what it is, but for the others, here is a brief description : Google has tons of people advertising through a service called “Adwords”. And Google, in order to offer maximum visibility to its advertisers, has allowed webmasters to publish the ads on their OWN sites, in exchange of a share of Google’s revenues. This program is called Adsense. (If you want to learn the basics and some cool tricks, I recommend you read The Definitive Guide To Google Adsense. The book is affordable and will save you ton of learning time)

So, the membership site Top Keyword Lists offers a highly lucrative tool to those webmasters trying to increase their revenues from Adsense. How? By providing lists of the keywords that are the most lucrative on the web.
The concept? If you build a site on a subject where advertisers pay Google 0,10$ per click, you will make peanuts on each clicks. On the other hand, if you build a site around keywords where advertisers are paying 10$… you make quite a bit more!
Do the math, you’ll see how powerful the difference is:
Let say you have a site about flowers, and you make an average of 0,05$ per click.
With 1000 clicks you will make a big total of…roll the drums… 50$!
But, if you build a site about divorce lawyers and you make an average of 2$ per click, the same 1000 clicks will bring in 2000$.
For the exact same effort, you will make much more money.

Now, what's inside?

The concept of finding high paying keywords is extremely powerful, but also highly time consuming. Why? Because, you have to do a lot of research to FIND those niche keywords.
Wordtracker would not help. You could (that’s what I used to do) use Overture, do research and see the max bid paid for each of them.
But hey…time is money isn’t it? If you are like me, at some point, you really see the value of paying someone else to do a part of the job that is taking you too long.
And this is exactly what Keith Baxter is offering you with his membership site. Each week, he provides you with 25 LISTS of the highest paying keywords available online right NOW. Not old, outdated keywords that you can’t use anymore, but brand new ones from which you can build new pages and/or new sites right away.
I have seen the lists, and they are indeed high paying. In fact, I will use some of them myself this week, to complement a new site I am doing!
You see, my mother tongue is not English, so even though I can find a few high paying keywords by myself, I don’t know the language enough to do it all alone, so this kind of service is a saviour!
Now, Keith has not limited itself to offering you keywords lists! There is even more inside :
A resource section : of course, the guy offers a few things from which he makes a commission, but that is totally fair game. And unlike most marketers, he doesn’t recommend something JUST for the sake of making a commission. He really tries it first and let you know about it ONLY if it is really useful.
A training section : This will help you USE the lists Keith provides you each week to maximize their potential.
A forum : I like when there is a forum. Why? Because you get REAL live help from the site owner along the way. You have a question? Just pop it there, and you get an answer in no time! This is like having a private consultant beside you, without having to pay the huge hour fee ;)
An expire domain list : If you need help finding a great domain for your new Adsense site, this can come handy. It tells you the expired domains, and how many links are already pointing to them. This can save some search engine marketing time, if the site already has a high PageRank.
A video section : This section seems fairly new, but I am guessing this will be pretty popular, so Keith might add a few more along the way. The videos offer complimentary training help.

What is the affiliate offer:

The affiliate program is pretty generous : 40% on the first tier, 10% on the second tier.
The only requirement is that you MUST be a member of the site in order to become an affiliate. I know a lot of people are put of by that but think about this : if you ARE interested in increasing your Adsense revenues, you can become a member, promote the site a little bit, and once you have 2-3 sales, your own membership is covered! This is easy enough in my opinion.
The membership is sold at two different prices : 37$ and 57$. This gives you 14.80$ or 22.80$ in commission, each month, for as long as the person stays a member.

One thing I really liked on the site is Keith’s “no-guarantee” guarantee. Just by reading it, I know I liked the guy. Why? Because it takes some guts to write that type of guarantee, and it shows how confident he is in the quality of the product he delivers.
So, this membership site is not for newbies, but if your site is targeting an audience of web marketer, you should really think about promoting it because the service is in high demand and at such a low price, it will go fast.
Did you know that some companies charge more then 200$ for ONE keyword list? Compared to this, Keith lists are way more affordable!
Conclusion : if you are not USING those keywords list, you are currently LOSING money, and if you are not promoting this membership site, you are loosing big sales because the service has a huge demand.
